Steven Driss, CIP, is President of Lifeline Employee Benefits in Tarzana, CA. Founded in 1985 to assist small to mid-sized companies in their pursuit of affordable and practical medical, dental and vision insurance.
For nearly three decades, Lifeline Employee Benefits has provided customized insurance strategies and real solutions for thousands of businesses and their countless employees. As President of Lifeline Employee Benefits, Steven Driss has a unique knack for turning the often overwhelming process of selecting and shopping for insurance, into a stress-free experience. By bringing the insurance industry down to size; Steven makes the language, nuances and complexities of group medical, dental and vision coverage, a palatable and understandable process.
Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, from California State University, Northridge. As a Certified Insurance Professional, he maintains a Series 7 Securities License, as well as a life/health/casualty insurance license.
In 2011, Steven was nominated as a Trusted Advisor by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. He has been the recipient of a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Service to the business community, as awarded by Congress, the Assembly, and the Senate. He is a member of the Los Angeles Association of Health Underwriters (LAAHU), and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). Steven also belongs to the National Human Resource Association (NHRA).
When he’s not meeting with business owners and decision makers, Steven serves as an Executive Director of the Young Men’s Division of The Guardians of the Jewish Home for the Aging. He is also the proud father of an infant daughter, and an avid outdoors enthusiastic, playing basketball and golf as time allows. He enjoys indoor activities as well, including racquetball and participating in numerous causes and organizations as his favorite way to stay involved in his local community.
Lifeline Employee Benefits has well established relationships with all major insurance carriers, recognizing that the one-size-fits-all model of group health insurance is impractical. Therefore, he proudly works with all viable carriers to meet the specific needs of each and every unique business.
Sasha Ezros is a Life and Disability Insurance Specialist that joined the Lifeline Employee Benefits family in 2011 to assist families and business owners in their pursuit of affordable and practical life, disability, long term care and medical insurance.
Sasha started his career in the insurance industry in July 2001 working with his mentor Howard J. Saks, a pioneer in the Life and Disability Insurance Industry since 1958. Throughout Sasha’s career, he has consistently overcome challenges and set the standard for excellence, as evidenced by his numerous industry and community awards, including the prestigious Jack Schlaifer Visionary Award which he received in 2012, speaking engagements, and requests for industry insight.
Sasha is passionate about personal and professional development; he is currently working on obtaining his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation, the most respected and recognized designation in the industry, and is expected to complete the program in 2014, a year ahead of schedule. Sasha obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, from California State University Northridge.
Sasha is also passionate about community involvement and leadership. He is proud to currently serve as Co-Chair of the Young Executives, a support group for the Jewish Home of the Aging, as well as being on the Membership Committee for The Executives. He served as a Member of the Board for Ort Next Gen in Los Angeles, a worldwide education program that provides the tools for the underprivileged to achieve excellence and stability in their lives.
Sasha specializes in working with families and business owners, educating them and being a resource, providing a better understanding of the importance and value of insurance to protect what matters most. His greatest professional successes can be measured by the impact he has had and continues to have on his clients’ lives and financial affairs.
When he’s not meeting with clients, Sasha and his wife Alice enjoy being with family and friends and spending time with their dog Frank. Sasha also enjoys watching basketball, being outdoors, and experiencing delicious and innovative cuisines.
